foundation digout and seal is 6-9kfix,u can board in the driveway,(mine is almost as steep)basement guts are my specialty.For the price I heard he was asking I think its a good deal.all of the houses in the Colonels chair need to be dug out(we just did an Aframe on Lake ave and dugout and waterproofed it.That house wqas never waterproofed and water was coming in,now its all good
